stiffies / addictions

Postings have veered towards the slightly weird recently with members (phnar, phnar) discussing addictions, and even getting "stiffies" when handling bits of paper. Always thought we attracted those who lived on the edge of society in the programme world.
Does anyone else suffer these strange afflictions with any other aspects of life. I've always got excited counting cones on motorway roadworks, especially if an Eddie Stobart lorry is having trouble negotiating them.

I forgot to mention pastry cutters in original post. Have been chanting the word "the" most of the night, but not a flicker......
