Orient v Forest ASC 76-77

Hi all , have a copy of the final ist leg v Forest dated 07-12-76 but i know the game was played on the 13-12-76

any Forest or Orient fans know if a programme was printed for the re-arranged game on the 13th?

I am only aware of one programme being issued, but am by no means an expert on postponed games and reissue programmes.

cheers Mick have never seen or heard of another being issued either , will keep an eye out but for now guess its time to tick that one off!
