Never a dull moment at Swansea, just as we were looking forward to another good season under Rodgers he does a Martinez on us. Don't get me wrong, Liverpool are a big club and the pull for him must have been massive but I'm gutted how he said last week he loves the city of Swansea, the people and his job isn't finished yet and thats why he turned down Liverpool last week. Sounds like Martinez.

Oh well back onto the managers merry go round again but our chairman has been class throughout this sorry episode ( read his statement tonight on SwanseaCity.net) always gets someone in who does better than the last manager. My only worry is that Siggurdson won't sign for us now as BR has gone.

I fancy Poyet or Di Matteo as our next manager, just hope its not McLeish!! Ha Ha.

Dunno if we can afford him to be honest, we've got a strict budget and will not break it which I'm happy about. In Huw Jenkins we trust. He'll bring in a young hungry manager with a good footballing philosophy.

Ha Ha, Pep did cross my mind but we couldn't afford his bootlaces and he'd only want to bring Lionel Messi with him and he'd never get in our side especially as Danny Graham is there !!! Very Happy

I'd be happy with Graeme Jones as he knows a lot of the players when he was here with Martinez. Our board already had a short list from February when Rodgers was linked with Spurs so shouldn't be 2 long before someone is in place. Then we can start wheeling and dealing to replace the players that go to Liverpool, Allen, Williams, Siggy probably etc. Let the games commence Clap
