Yes, remember Bob from the mid seventies.

That picture of gasheads in the Foxall Tavern - I think I'm in it. I can see my mate Brian Williams in the background, but it would have had to of been October 1975 rather than 1977 when gas won 4-1.

Remember going to Eastville in 72-3 and having to run the gauntlet to get out of the ground. There were two busloads of us Grimsby fans there and we got positioned by the police next to the halfway line for some reason, and the local "ooh arr" guys were very desirous of having a pop at us! Was the stand at the end of the ground closed for some reason? Bannister and Jarman the superstars of the day then.
Only time I ever went there, and it was handbags all round. Looked the dog's bollocks in me flares and black and white quartered tank top - or so I thought at the time. In retrospect, like everyone else, I'll have looked a total prat!
