Opinions please as Im writing my A-Z for this months Programme Monthly and although I'm sure I've probably written enough to fill about the same space as John Listers programmes I've no idea what I'd do if I ruled the world that could possibly printed.

I've rambled on for the last 3 hours with no problems but this is the only letter thats got me stuck!

If you ruled the world for a day you could...

Abolish the offers system

Make it compulsory for the entire world to check their lofts/sheds for programmes

Bring in a salary CAP system to british football so that it makes it a much more competative league and allow teams to increase on promption and decrease when they get relegated.

Bring in a special branch to deal with indiscipline, IE a player who headbutts another player is automatically given a ten game ban, and impose the same suspension on everyone.

Bring in a new law that menas if your caught driving a car with no tax or insurance or driving license, then even if the car belongs to you, it gets crushed regardless of its worth and you get banned from driving.

BAN all TV adverts for accident insurance firms and those loan companies like Wonga etc.

BAN TV companies from showing those crappy annoying reality TV shows generating a generation of z list celebrity wannabies who just want to be in the public image.

If I ruled the world for one day I would remove Nigel Doughty and Mark Arthur from this planet, probably stick them on Pluto or somewhere, as far away from Nottingham Forest FC as possible.
