I agree! However, the person I am "attempting" to sell them for wants no less than this for each of them.

Cant comment on the others, but if you get £5 and £20 respectively for the Forest programmes, you've done well. What made your friend decide on his particular prices?

I sold the 99 Final recently for £20, your mate is dreaming if he wants £50 for it!

I can't see the problem - this member has put up his programmes and prices he wants - just let it be.

i know, i know, bless him he's an optimist. He wants a profit otherwise there's no point in selling, which I can agree with.

Have you ever been on the website 'eBay'? Wink

1971 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1971-Eur.....1e64f9745d

I cant see the problem either, a member of the forum has put up for sale, and the consensus seems to be that the prices are too high. A simple search on ebay would verify that. It's not as though anybody is trying to beat the prices down to get a bargain, just offering advice, so where's the problem?

well, i have seen them start that cheap, but as those listings have 8 days to run, i'd be highly surprised if they sold for those prices. I'm still only talking about a few quid difference mind you

I apologise for pissing on your parade, so to speak - but here are the same programmes from completed listings:

1971 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ajax-v-P.....33691a7e45

1976 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1976-Eur.....35b327fc22

Anyway, good luck with selling these programmes. The only bit of advice I can give you is to tell your friend to try and reduce his expectations on the value of his programmes Smile

Some of these prices are 3 or 4 times more expensive than Footballprogrammes.com who are the most expensive on the internet.
