does any1 know how much i would expect to pay for the following programmes and can know if there are any floating about

luton v ayr 1951, bedford v ayr 1951, plymouth v ayr 1951, ayr v portsmouth 1951

pretty certain that no programme was issued for the home game v pompey

All three away FOB games that you mention are relatively hard to come by these days, (especially the one at Bedford Town). The Luton Town issue is probably the easiest of the three recently selling for about UK£25.

I am not sure what game against Pompey at Somerset Park you mean, so can not comment on that one.

You may get a fuller and more specific response to this and the many other queries/requests that you have posted about AUFC programmes if you were to join and introduce yourself at the Ayr United Programme Club Yahoo Group. A friendly little group of a dozen or so like minded AUFC collectors/historians etc.

For instance I know that a senior AUFC collector has recently been disposing of their collection. You will be able to get many of the items you want/are enquiring about via that club/group/forum at considerably less than market/dealers prices. The group shares info, swaps programmes and runs a subscription service for people who can not get to all the games.
