Always strange to see something like this being sold by someone from Uruguay especially as Uruguay didnt enter the competition in 1938.

I'd also be wary of the fact that he has quite a low feedback, although it's all positive it's relatively low value items. This is the most common way of ripping someone off on ebay. Run up your pos feedback with low value stuff then auction a high price item, take the $$ and run. Of course, I have nothing to say this not all 100% legit but I was thinking of bidding I would be extra cautious.
