I know how the chairman must feel, I was in Sheffield's City Centre the other day when I spotted a man who obviously life had not been kind.
He was wrapped in a blanket, holding a sign which said 'Falklands war veteran'. I took pity and dropped a 'couple of quid' into a plate in front of him.

He looked up, from matted hair and bloodshot eyes and said 'Gracias Senor'
