Are programmes/tournament brochures produced for the yearly u21 (somtimes u20?) tournament held in Toulon?

Specifically I'd be looking for one for 1989

Programmes/brochures are always produced but not always easy to obtain.

Yes always a difficult programme to obtain. Normally one overall programme. i think I need 89 as well and also 78 & 79.
