In early September I bid for and won a 1950s programme.I paid for item same day ,and waited for delivery .And waited ,and waited .Nothing!.Polite E-mails sent(4) ,asking has item been posted etc .No response! .As October arrived I opened a case with Ebay for not having received item.In the meantime I discover that 9 consecutive negatives have been left for this seller, all "item not received,no response to Emails".Yet the seller is still listing items for sale ,and bids being placed.I hope the buyer who has already bid in excess of £30 for an item gets is purchase if he wins.Somehow I doubt it ,but I will watch closely.

I've the same with clearout20102010, regarding a signed photo of Brian Clough.
They've nothing listed at mo, but I'm not the only one who hasn't received a previous item sold.

While not defending anyone in particular, and particularly not the e-bay hierarchy who should have some sort of trigger to stop this happening, but this person had gone 12 months with nearly 500 good feedback sales and suddenly 9 bad reports in a short space, all for pretty low value items. Perhaps something has happened to them - maybe simply lost net connection or, worst case scenario, actually passed away (or any number of scenarios in-between). That's what the payment protection is for.

BertD - I do appreciate what you are saying, but as the seller has listed/relisted items at the end of last month (i.e. a couple/few weeks after not sending items that have been for), it would suggest to me that the user is still active on ebay.

I really did ponder the fact that illness,or worse had occured with the seller, and I hadnt left negative feedback at that point. It was when I saw new listings for sale after the date of my "purchase"that I was a bit miffed to say the least.I suppose some of the others may have felt the same.
I do appreciate the points BertD made ,and of course this can happen .
Its the new listings which is the crux of this matter!
