Why is this programme so expensive when the F.A Cup Final programmes from earlier and later years are available for a few pounds ?

Could it be that it was the last Finial held at The Millennium Stadium ?.

There was a problem at the printers which resulted in less programmes than normal going on sale.
It was nice that the FA got programmes off to everyone who had paid cover price on their website in time for Cup Final morning though.
