price i about right in the current climate.
i always get a bit nervous with "pretty good nick"
the programmes are all printed on high quality gloss paper and are hard to be anything but very good condition.
you certainly haven't overpaid

The 2007 FA Cup final is def not rare. I have about 7 copies here all brand new still in the envelopes they game in and I cant even shift them on ebay for £2.99!
