Info requested, Charity Games April 1964

Hi, wondering if any on here would have a note of any charity games played in April 1964?
I'm specifically looking for a programme of any that may have been played on 5 April that year.
A quick trawl of ebay shows that programmes do exist for games played before and after that year:
Sunday 5 June 1960: TV All Stars v Pontypridd Select XI
Sunday 20 May 1962: TV Entertainers XI v Representative Burton XI
Sunday 4 April 1965: Gainsborough Round Table v The Showbiz XI
Sunday 25 April 1965: Stansted v Brimsdown @ Hargrave Park.
