Hastings & St Leonards v Folkestone 1949 - rare or repri

Any help on the following would be much appreciated, do we have collectors of either team or any non league experts here?

This match was the Freeman Thomas Charity Shield Final played on 3rd May 1949.

This would go on to be the last match “Hastings” played at Pilot Field as shortly after another club was formed and a disagreement over the ground ensued.

This programme could therefore be quite rare and valuable, or is it a reprint?

The paper, condition and staples all look right to me, but can anyone say for sure?

They may be able to help. If ur the seller it might drum up interest but if ur thinking of bidding it might also be competition I guess.
