Good evening everyone
I am a bit stumped by this press photo I have acquired, it looks like it is from the 1920s and was part of a collection from that era.
On the back it says Exeter v Queen’s Park. The only issue is I can’t find any reference to the two teams playing and also I can’t find a kit match either.
Any help welcomed or any knowledge shared.
Cheers all
Thumbs Up

Thanks
Kit would match perhaps the press comment on back was a lazy attempt by someone?

As you probably know by checking HFK, Exeter wore red & white hoops immediately post-war but not before, and as far as HFK goes they never wore a V-neck shirt.

So either it's post-war with Exeter in hoops, or it's not Exeter - unless they changed kits to the V-neck for some inexplicable reason.

Queens Park Rangers have nearly always worn hoops and never a V-neck. I agree it's probably them and not Queens Park who have always worn black & white hoops.

All very strange, though. Good luck on Twitter.
