Anyone had dealings with bbtylive recently on Ebay.

Dont hold ya breathe waiting for your items THEY WONT TURN UP !

This lowlife had me twice Last year under 2 different i.d's kingkemp1976 and whiteempor.
Both times, i got my money back from a claim with PAYPAL, so put your claims in.

He will wait a few months, then open a NEW ACCOUNT with NEW EMAIL and do it again.
The only thing CONSTANT with this ASSHOLE is EXMOUTH, DEVON. So in a few months, if you see some nice pieces from a SELLER IN EXMOUTH DEVON, tread carefully, you have been warned.

Guy bought a 53 England v Scotland programme and ticket off me about 10 days ago, and wasn't a problem then. Can't remember the name and addres I sent them to so afraid I can't help with any identification, but am aware that some people do build up a small but significant feedback before going for the jugular.

Cheers for the warning mate, haven't seen anything by him that I want though.

Sadly it's a popular trend with some people, build up just enough feedback to get a decent rep and then screw you over later. Surely there's something ebay can do to stop them setting up another account? Some kind of block on their credit cards?

He has changed his LOCATION to OLD TRAFFORD COTTAGE but when selling the DVD's kept it as EXMOUTH.

betts bought some 1950s england progs from me last year, paid no problem, but then i got a phone call from bigbear or something, wanting betts address as he had started ripping people off....i was more than happy to supply it.

amazing how he can continue doing this and appear to be getting away with it, there is a few quid adding up in claims!! one poor sod got stung for 80 quid.

surely he must use the same ip address which means eBay could be able to block it, or the same bank account through paypal?

They must be able to block certain aspects. would guarantee that if i received a claim against me for a missing item then eBay would throw the book at me!!

Currently have 100% feedback and plan on keeping it, also on increasing the feedback score legitimatelty and honestly, some thing Mr Betts (if it his real name) doesn't seem to be able to do.
