Post subject: Matches where no programme was produced

I recently posted some wants for Inverness Caledonian Thistle programmes and thanks to Bankie boy I found out that programmes hadn't been produced for a couple of the matches. This got me thinking whether there were other programmes that I have on my wants list that didn't have a programme produced?

I collect Hibs programmes and have all this information for their programmes thanks to the excellent website www.hibsprogrammes.co.uk I also collect programmes for winning Scottish Cup runs. I've had a look at Bankie boy's excellent site too, www.clydebankprogrammesonline.co.uk does anyone know of any other websites that I could check which would tell me whether programmes were produced for Scottish cup matches, particularly those involving Celtic and Rangers?

Thanks for your help.

Neil,

If you go to YOUR PROGRAMME COLLECTION on the forum, you will find a recent thread (about the fifth down) titled Rangers History. Within the thread is a link to an excellent Rangers website from which you may obtain some info you are looking for. Thumbs Up

Everton homes: v Sunderland 1946-47
Aways: a couple I think in the late 40s early 50s and some of those European away games.

Additionally the Gornik friendly in 1991 at home they only produced a handful of teamsheets for the Directors.

Yes you are right about the Sunderland game. There is a pirate that I bought from Sporting Gold a few years back. Paid a lot for it but I think its worth it now.

There is a definite issue for Gornik, I managed to pick one up from Steve Milne many moons ago. Wish he was back !!!

i saw a comment about Steve Milne saying "wish he was back". what does that mean ? Has he gone somewhere ? I don't know him as such but have dealt with him in the past and I know he ran a stall in the church hall before everton games which I checked out the last time I went to an Everon v arsenal game about 4 years ago.

I don't suppose I could be cheeky and ask you could do me a scan or a photocopy (even stamp copy on it if you want!) - seems I'll never see one in my lifetime!
Sad

Steve is still on ebay.

Interesting to hear about the Sunderland one - didn't realise their was a Pirate.
