I have got an original copy of the Liverpol FC Accounts presented to the 49th AGM held at Victoria St, Liverpool 25 June 1941.Pretty certain it is not a repro.Liverpool were in profit to the tune of £9,750 in May 1941.They also went on a tour of Sweden in 1940.The cost of the tour was £60.Programme sales brought in a profit of £62 for the 1940-41 season.Players wages, bonuses and transfer fees came to just over £5,500 for the season. I know it was war-time, but this was is remarkable stuff compared to the modern day game. The money that they raked in from SKY and BT Sport is not available to peruse! Has anyone got a guestimate of what they think these accounts are worth?

Many thanks Supermono.lt looks like they are valued at more than Liverpool's 1940 tour of Sweden cost. If they exist, I wonder what any programmes from that tour are worth?

Surprised they risked going to Sweden during wartime, the boat might have been torpedoed.
sounds like 1941 was an improvement on their 1940 finances:

You are right overlap. The idea of a 1940 tour did surprise me as well. The tour actually took place at the end of May1939.The expences for the trip must have been entered in the 1940-41 accounts. The only match l can find is Goteborg 0 v Liverpool 2.Scorers were Phil Taylor and Berry Nieuwenhuys.
