I'm looking for the next programmes, all friendlies from 1936:


Liverpool : 1. HSK Gradjanski, 11Th of November

Doncaster Rovers : 1. HSK Gradjanski, 16Th of November

Heart of Midlothian : 1. HSK Gradjanski, 18Th of November

Wolverhampton Wanderers : 1. HSK Gradjanski, 23Rd of November

West Ham United : 1. HSK Gradjanski, 25Th of November


I'm also looking for any other items from those matches (ie tickets), or any other Gradjanski related items in general! Any help is appreciated!

If you look at my avatar, this is the programme Hearts produced for a match against Aberdeen the week before the Gradjanski match. The editorial talks about the game.

To the best of my knowledge, no programme exists for the game, although that is not to say one would not have been published, and therefore a copy could surface in the future.

The previous season, Hearts hosted OFK Belgrade and DID publish a programme. A copy came up for sale recently and sold for £1500, very few copies exist. I would expect that if a copy of the Gradjanski programme ever surfaced, it would be worth £1000+

(By the way, it is Heart of Midlothian, no s !)

Thanks for the info mate. I'm also not sure if the programme for the game was published. Few years ago I got an information that it is, though the guy who told me that wasn't quite sure if that was the programme I'm looking for.
I've put it on the list just in case.

Resurrecting this thread from the dead in case Gradjanski is still around. Last nights Hearts programme features an article on pre-war pennants held by the club, including this one.....

Hi,

I have an edition of Sportske Novosti the day following the match vs Hearts. I would be happy to post up some images. Three pages are dedicated to the match with photos of players.

Obviously this is not a programme but it is, I understand a very rare and early edition of a Croatian (?) football/sports publication which has been referred to as a 'match programme', in the absence of one?

Let me know if you would like me to post images. And if I could ask one favour? Would you be able and willing to translate the match report?
