Badge making info please!

Evening all

No doubt this has been posted somewhere before but if anyone out there can give me some information on badge making, it would be appreciated.
I live in Finland and my lad is playing in a tournament in the summer and I would love to have some badges made for their trip. I am not a collector myself and have never had any made in the past so it's completely new to me. There are a lot of experienced ppl on here so could someone please help me out. I would need about 50 badges so how do I actually go about it? How much would it cost me? Do I have to design a badge myself or are their templates out there? Obviously, I presume I could have them made over here but I get the feeling they would charge me some ridiculous price. Any help appreciated.
