Hi,
I have just recently been made aware of the Football Programme Forum by a friend and would like to make the members, or more exactly those who collect Manchester United items, of the United Collectors Club.

I have been running the 'Club' for the past 22 years, although the 'Club' itself has been in existance since the early 1980's.
For small yearly subscription, which covers the cost of printing, postage etc, I produce six, twenty page, bi-monthly newsletters, containing news and articles on everything collectable on United.

Members and non-members can also advertise within the pages of the newsletter.

Welcome indeed!

As one of the original members whose membership number was No: 4 after the 3 original founders Roy,Alan and Kevin i am still subscribing each year which has to be 30 or so years later??[let me know exactly how long the Review has been in existance] and i know how difficult it can be to get collectors to send in any information in but I know both myself and Ray Adler have always been supportive and that you have always been appreciative too, so hopefully you may find some material from the existing United collectors on this forum or any others who may have Programmes or memorabilia which is interesting, different that has a MUFC connection. Many thanks for your warm welcome to the 'Football Programme Centre', much appreciated.

Like you Leslie, I was in from the start and amongst the current membership are one or two who are also original members.
The first newsletter appearing way back in May 1981.
It is, as far as I am aware the oldest 'Club' of its kind.
Not sure how many other such 'Clubs' are out there. I know the two Merseyside teams had one and I did get a letter a few years back from someone who was going to start a Prston one, but heard no more.

A big bonus in running the club is the contribution that other collectors make, with some really interesting bits and pieces surfacing from time to time. Most of the serious collectors have something unique in their collection and it is always a bonus to see something new a different.
