Spurs beat United 7-1 in New York on the 15th June 1952 and had already given United a walloping the day before 5-0 in Toronto, but this badge from the 1-7 "narrow" win for Spurs has just come into my possession.

I acquired it via a Forum member and 1 am very pleased indeed. Has anyone got anything similar from any Tours in the USA or abroad for their clubs trips?

Not of that vintage Leslie, but as you'd imagine, badges are ten a penny for friendlies in the last few (up to 10 or so) years.

In the main, programmes and tickets are usually all that was offer to keep as a momento back in the day before half and half scarves and suchlike

There is one Chelsea badge I have from 1946 which simply says "Tour 1946" . Thanks to Chelsea's official historian, Rick Glanvill we can now reveal the tour "...was to Denmark and Switzerland in April/May 1946.
We played KB (Middelboe’s team), Odense, Young Fellows (Zurich), Servette, Young Boys (Bern), La Chaux de Fonds, St Gallen (grr) and Basel.
Presumably the commemorative lapel badge was handed out to one of the Chelsea squad."
