My orienteering friend is back from her sailing holiday on Sunday - I can easily show her this image and ask her for you if you'd like a second opinion.
I quite enjoyed orienteering - but could never combine the mental effort with moving anything faster than a stroll. Perhaps that's why we always came last. But at least we got there.
I think she used me for practice
