does anyone know anything about this player who played in the 1951 fa amateur cup final for Pegasus as he is in a autograph book that my dad got

David Saunders was the Pegasus captain when they won the FA Amateur Cup in 1953.

Here's a page from the Caxton "Association Football", Volume One, not easy to photocopy. He's seated front middle, D.F.Saunders.

In the book "Pegasus" by Ken Shearwood the only Saunders listed is a D. F. Saunders.

The narrative quotes his Christian name as DENIS and not David and says he was also an International.

Also includes some photographs with him in.
