Tranny legend.
His guile and Aldo's goals so nearly got them into the Premiership on more than one occasion.

RIP Fella.

Too many luminaries departing this world in 2016.

Seems like every day there's someone.

Was Johnny King any relation to the Alan King who played for Tranmere in the 1960s?

Kingy was also revered in Caernarfon after leading the Canaries to the third round of the FA Cup in 86/87 beating Stockport and York before bowing out to Barnsley after a replay. An honorary Cofi, he would never have to worry about buying a pint in the town again. I believe he wasn't very well towards the end, very sad. RIP John, you will be missed, especially on the Wirral and Gwynedd!
