Hi Phil,
Just realised its got your mate on the front with Bobby Moore!
Has a slight centrefold, slight scuffs and scratches on the front, and scores on team sheet. No idea what its worth, so make me an offer. I'll also throw in a football league review I have with 'The Doog' on the front, in a recording studio. Cheers, Mick.

Hi Darren,
You are correct, it does have Michael Gillan on the front. One programme was issued for all 3 games, one copy haas the teamsheet from the Germany game at Leicester, but Michael isn't playing. The best copy I have has a slight nick on the edge, otherwise in good condition. Postage won't be much, but I don't know how much its worth, what do you think? Cheers, Mick.

Phil,
I've got the Football League Review I mentioned here. Don't know if you have it, but it has the Doog, Jim Cumbes, and John Osborne on the cover. Inside there is a two page story about them all working for BBC radio Birmingham, but the focus of the story is your idol. As I said, if you want the Northern Ireland prog, you can have the league review.

Hi Mick
yes thats right he played the first game at wigan but then he got injured and missed the other 2 games. i went with my school to the game at Leicester v Germany but the trip was already organised before he got injured so we still all went along to the game. I did buy a programme from the game but it has been misplaced as i can't find it anywhere. not sure of the value though probably a couple of quid plus postage at best i would say.
Cheers
Darren

He must have been gutted, to get injured and miss two England games, but also to know his school had organised a trip to watch him play, only to get injured!
Shall we say £2.50 inc. p+p then? Let me know, cheers, Mick.

Hi Mick
Thats fine with me cheers
do you want me to send cheque or as gift on paypal??
yeah a few of his more closer mates went to the Wigan game which he played in but i couldn't make it.
becasue he missed most of the walkers U16 tournament they let him play in the Victory Shield a couple of months later but the 2 games he played were V Nothern Ireland at Rushden & Diamonds and V Scotland (Away) so to far to travel although there were a few went down to Rushden
Cheers
Darren

Ok mate, nice one. I'd prefer a cheque, as Paypal will go straight to the bank manager, and I'm skint! If you PM me your details, I'll send it off tomorrow.

Where has he ended up playing now then? I'm always interested to hear how many of these schoolboy internationals 'make it' when they're older.

Programme went off 2nd. class post this afternoon Darren.

If nobody is interested in any of these, I'll stick 'em on ebay. I'd rather sell them to someone on here for a reasonable price than have to go on there, so if you want any or all of 'em, get in touch. Cheers, Mick.

As per the Man Utd programmes, the guy wants to get rid, so if you want to make an offer for the lot, just let me know. Cheers, Mick.
