Is there anyone out there who can resolve this?

When I go into eBay and locate a particular category all is fine until I try to click on the right side of the screen where it shows ' sort/best match' and 'view'. It simply doesn't work.

Everything else is fine. I am sure its my computer but cannot resolve it.

Thanks
Arthur

It's something to do with the compatibility settings. When using Internet Explorer if you click on the spiky circle symbol (tools or you can click alt + X to access the menu) in the top right hand corner and then click compatability view settings.

If Ebay is in the box for websites you've added compatability view remove it and see if that helps.

If Ebay isn't in the box for websites you've added, then add it and see if that helps.

On a slightly different matter, what on earth is the use of the "best match" heading as there's absolutely no logic to it whatsoever? I never use it because it's meaningless and arbirtrary.
