I took out a WBA away subscription for this season but have not yet received anything. I emailed them and they said they would send the 20th August Southampton programme recorded delivery but still nothing and I emailed them about the second away programme at Swansea not turning up either but they haven't responded to me

Should I be worried?

Yes.

If their phone number is available give them a ring and get it sorted.

As the new owner of the business in question, I feel i must stand up for myself in some respect here.

In regards to Kenners46, this small claims court action was taken against the former owner when he had the business in Altrincham and not myself since i took over things have changed a lot as i know the last owner had financial trouble hence why i brought the shop off him.

as for Retro_Pins yes we did have a slight delay with West Brom at the start of the Season, which was resolved very quickly, what you failed to mention was that out of the first 3 games you received the first 2 matches yes a little late but you did receive them and also when you opened a claim on PayPal, we talked a number of times and then you escalated the claim for which i refunded your money right away.

At all times I'm in the hands of publishers and clubs sending out programmes on time which sometimes does fail to happen but will always for-fill any order placed and if any customer is unhappy i will refund there money right away.

Yes you are correct i believe his ill health was brought on by his money problems he also owned a Newsagent in Altrincham that closed and went bust in November last year

Just to add my two penneth (not that I have ever used Manchester Programme Shop - past or present)

But pre-orders are more hassle than they are worth IMO, when you are relying on publishers and clubs to deliver they can quite easily make you and your business look bad, by failing to deliver
