total madness-not rare-not scarce not anything out of the ordinary at all.
Seller is an experienced dealer must have fallen on the floor in shock then hysterics-bet he is looking to find more copies to offer to the underbidder.

Would think under normal circumstances anything between £25-45 quid tops.
