Ahh, How very very tricky as they played each other on both dates, both at Hampden and both dates were saturdays!!

Only possible answer, if someone has scotland Tickets from these eras, compare prices for that part of the ground.

That signature looks like W Gunns, who was scottish FA secretary in 1961 i know, so if you can find out if he was secretary in 56, it might or might not point you in the right direction.
maybe one of the scottish boys on here can help you out with it.

I had the 1958, 1960 and 1962 Scotland v England tickets, all were signed by this WP Gunn. My 1952, 1954 & 1956 tickets were signed by an A G Graham - not conclusive, but leans yours towards a 1962 ticket?
