I'm currently trying to get a refund from here,it seems the guy takes money for stuff that doesn't exist then keeps stringing you along and you don't get your dough back.

Just read the negative feedback on this one. I can back that up.I opened a case and the seller responded with a so called solution and said kindly close the case. I replied with i'll close the case when I have the goods or a refund.

This just shows how useless feedback and seller ratings are.

This is a top rated seller with seller ratings of 4.9 and 5.0 and he has had 335 negatives in the last 12 months for things such as wrong item, doesn't work, didn't receive etc etc.

OK he sells a lot and has a lot of positives but I wouldn't expect to see a top rated seller with so many negatives.
