Unfortunately not it would seem.

As it is well documented the Italians and the Spanish had little need for a programme as historically they have their daily sports newspapers giving all the information a supporter would need in great detail.

There was the Milan club magazine that gave information before the first leg in Manchester and will have had the match results covered as well.

2 Gazzetta Dello Sport newspapers sold at auction last year, Sportingold.

The day of the game went for £260, the day after sold for £80.

Also there is the monthly Il Calcio Illustrado, which I have seen sell for £100.

Newspapers and magazines instead of programmes? Make your own minds up whether or not they count!

Thanks for the info. I thought as much - simply because I had never seen it on ebay or at auction.

No rhetoric in my question I`m afraid - much though I`d love to say I found a couple in the attic!
