Andy, how did the Fair go? Have noticed an upward trend in Fairs since the nadir of 18 months ago in the north west, both in terms of attendance and punter's spending habits - probably something to do with the fact that although there's a recession on people who haven't been made redundant have gotten over the initial fear of not having a job etc. and it's business as usual.
Also, when you look at the pathetic interest rates being offered by the banks nowadays to finance the champagne lifestyles of their "must pay bonuses to" charlatans, football programme buying and selling can well surpass returns from the bank. Ebay has never been so cheap to buy from, and some real bargains to be had - I keep our village posties in work....

Terrible to be honest, around 15 through the door but on the plus side we all took money.

Thats really only the 2nd one thats been a let down numbers wise since we started there 4 years ago, usually its 25+ which is brilliant for a Friday night in what is a rural area.

I picked up a 56/7 single sheet York v Boston, a 58/9 Accrington v Workington and a 62/3 Third Lanark v Raith, didn't spend a penny, all swaps.

Its a buyers market for sure mate.
