im from nottingham, and am a notts county fan, but in 2007 me and my mum moved to weymouth with the rest of the family.

my dad was a big forest fan - he travelled all over Europe with them in their glory days and attended one of the european cup finals, i believe the first one.

anyway, at the time i was only just getting into football but wasent properly collecting programmes.

my mum had found a black bin liner absolutely stuffed with forest programmes, mainy from the seventies and early eightees, so there would have been league games, cup games, european games home and away including one of the finals (maybe both).
but not knowing how much they may be worth, they were simply dumped down the tip along with loads of other rubbish about a week before we left.

i've always wondered, just how much are forest programmes from that era worth?
did we really miss out on a fair bit of money or are they pretty common these days?

They're obviously collectable in terms of emotional attachment to Forest fans, but in the grand scheme of things they can mostly all be picked up relatively cheaply....stop sweating!

Yes, don't worry, dumping them in the bin was probably the best option. Having said that, one or two of the European aways might have been worth something, but impossible to say if you have no details.
