the only league match worth anything significant is the match against Carlisle - anything up to £40 on a good day.
Some of the european ties also have their moments on eBay.

A few of them have a golden ticket inside, where you win a trip to William Wonka's Chocolate factory

Take it you bought the Sportingold treasure trove yesterday then Dangerman?

Good that they are flat, your only problem will be finding a big enough envelope to send them in if you sell any, otherwise folding defeats the object.

The thing is that any job lot/treasure trove etc that you get at a decent price just means that there is nothing much of value in there.....such an experienced sporting auction house would never leave quality/rare items in there but pick them out as individual items. Also these mixed bags are usually the odds and ends from collections that are largely valueless but sometimes interesting memorabilia.

Overall you will never get rich buying such items from a sporting specialist auction house. You may get lucky if you go to a general auction and there is a football box or a general box with football items included but not much gets past someone like sportingold.

If you have the time and patience to list these things individually you should be able to make a few quid (but only a few).

Derby v Carlisle was when Derby won the league and as already mentioned it was Carlisle only season and last game in the top flight.

It once went for £144 on eBay around 5 years ago, now anything from £20-£60

I have over 200 Derby Ram mags that are gathering dust in my lock up.

Also in the Newspaper/Programme types that I have from the 70s early 80s. There are..100s I have of Walsall Plymouth Doncaster Rotherham Northampton Oxford Shrews Notts C etc...
Dont ask me for any wants I hate them and I will take them to the tip before too long as I think Ive sold only a dozen or so in the last 25 years.

Please take them to the tip then as they are obviously worthless !

Maybe a better idea would be to donate some off your low value items to a worthwhile cause like a charity auction .
