I have recently signed up to Flickr and have loaded my first batch of programmes and also books etc relating to Everton

I have set up sets and collections, still trying to get a grip of what i can do.

Let me know what you think. Any ideas to improve will be gratefully received.

Very good indeed, just a few observations in that i would suggest to arrange all your sets in date order for the programmes and maybe show some team pages or even all of the pages for say some of the special games pre-war or otherwise, maybe add some text underneath if it is a special match, i have created sets for competitions. Keep it up it really gives u great satisfaction!

I have collections Pre-War, Wartime and Post War and I can sequence the sets within the collections on date order but I can't see in the sets view how to sequence them. Can you help?

I agree, maybe team line up pages for pre-war ones would be of interest.....Just takes time.

click on organise and create, then when it all opens up click on sets and collections then u put the mouse on any set and move it wherever u wish-is this what you needed? ok Leslie

Yes, excellent start Andy, resist the temptation to put too much on too quickly, you don't want it to become a chore, suggest that eventually you put your sets into collections (see below) but it is only a suggestion, it's your site after all. Healing, yes I will be adding Aways, just focused on Homes up t0 1948-49 at present. Also got all the covers of Everton Books I have in there too.

I have set up collections now, based on some suggestions.

Any Evertonians who are aware of any books not in my collection, I would be grateful. Obviously there are handbooks missing but I am not aware of any books not in my collection

Hi Andy, very nice page there - added you as a contact as I see you have noticed

The way it's organised is very good IMO, what I plan to do with mine is to add more details as and when I want to - for instance scorers and attendances. Maybe once you have uploaded everything you may want to do something similar

You'll get emails whenever a contact adds new content (at least that's the way I understand it) so you can keep up to date with new pictures/scans

ok, now uploaded everything I have scanned so far.

Not sure about the format of the Post-War stuff, seems lots of sets in the collection. Not sure if I could create other sets within the collection like 40's, 50's etc.

Any thoughts?
