Now ive finally come back down off cloud 9

Just a huge thank you for the Championship defining result most teams would have just accepted defeat at 4-2 and rolled over especially after losing a Semi Final the week before

The mixed feelings we got as we walked from the car to the ground to get programmes we heard United had just made it 4-2 and we were all gutted especially as Everton went 1-0 up and then as we walked from the ground to the pub up the road as we got to the pub and heard a massive cheer to find out Everton had made it 4-4 we were all buzzing

I remember texting you mate after we left Arsenal away and were 8 points behind and saying it was far from over and United will drop points at some stage - Not to sure I believed it myself though but as they say the rest is history !!

i'm not gonna lie mate i thought it was all over after Arsenal game.

I did have have in my head that if Wigan Beat united and we beat WBA and get it back to 5 we would still have a slim chance but even after that we had 3 tough Away games and our away form was shocking at the time and united had Aston Villa, Everton & Swansea at home (NO OFFENCE to these 3 clubs but i could not see any off them getting anything from OT)

When we went to Norwich and won 6-1 and were back to playing the football we were 1st half off the season i thought we can win our remaining games if we play this way but still couldn't see United dropping any more points apart from against us

April 22 was the day when i believed we would win the title after uniteds 4-4 with Everton as all we had to do was win 4 games as tough as some of those games were i just could not see anything getting in our way after we had been given that very unlikely 2nd chance thanks to Everton
