Easiest way is to do it yourself.

Places like IKEA and other such homestores all have the plastic boxes you'll need. When buying them though take your widest programme with you to make sure they do actually fit. Some of the smaller boxes don't take modern Cup Finals without bending them slightly, which isn't ideal.

When you're in the home store go to the section where they sell plywood and boarding, and get the thinnest non wood board - ask if they have off cuts even - and then get it cut up into the exact sizes you want. Some stores will actually do this for you. Again, make sure the dividing boards aren't smaller than your larger programmes, so measure up before you go.

This is how I did mine and it works very well indeed, is very neat, and cheaper than buying stuff custom made. I also bought my back boards for displaying the better programmes at Fairs from same places and made up the boards myself.

Hope that helps?

I remember a thread on here where someone was making and selling binders, good price as well. I'll see if I can find it.

I've been using comic bags boards and the comic boxes for a while now . They protect your programmes perfectly and the boxes allow a great way to store them.

They also sell plastic dividers but these can work out fairly expensive!

Plenty of bags boards and boxes on EBay , I started by buying a pack of ten bags and boards to see if they were any good and havnt looked back!
