nice picture of him on the back row-the tall kid has a look of Gary Pallister doesn't he?, well he had the size to be a keeper, still Gordon may not have been the tallest but turned out to be a great world class keeper.

Very nice Leslie

Interesting to read the names in the Chesterfield side, quite a few had good careers, Leivers, Havenhand, Rackstraw - and is that Bob Ledger? Didn't think he started there.

Only one Robert H. Ledger played in Football League.
Born 5/10/37 in Stanley (there are a few, but one in Derbyshire) so age is right. Played for Huddersfield Town (signed from juniors), Oldham Athletic, Mansfield Town & Barrow.
