can any1 help me name the french goalkeeper and both teams please

The top photo is Luis Fernandez.

The goalkeeper is Joel Bats.

Fernandez is wearing a France international shirt.

Bats is wearing a France international goalkeeper shirt.

Keeper is Joel Bats, he kept goal when they won Euro84. The 'autograph' looks like 'Bats' too. Not sure about the outfield player, assuming its 1984 I guess it's Luis Fernandez, from the autograph.

I'd be a little dubious about the autographs, but I'm no expert.

As for naming both teams... it's tricky without any sign of the oppostion! If its a pic the Euro84 final it's Spain, but I think France played in blue in the final. They also played Belgium, Denmark, Yugoslavia and Portugal at Euro84, so if it is Euro84 that would probably be Yugoslavia.

I think it is Euro 84, and but I think its from the group match against Belguim.
