Like many folk I have absolutely no interest whatsoever int he Premiership, it's over rated and vastly over paid players....none more so than the only ones who matter, ie, those who can finish in the top 4 and thus qualify for an even bigger trough in Europe.

I think we've seen this week on the Forum that there are some lively debates to be had by supporters of these teams, but perhaps the time has come to have a special section, dedicated purely to the Premiership clubs, so that posts involving other (semi) serious topics don't get subsumed by their arguments?

How's about it Craig? The "used envelopes" thread has descended into a (not very nice) farce that has probably alienated a lot of Forum members, myself included, who really don't want to know who's going to bitch the loudest. We may then be able to get back to talking about programmes, tickets, and other football collectables related material, which is the reason the Forum was set up in the first place. There's plenty of online fan's forums where people can vent their feelings on these issues should they choose to do so. I'd like to get back to talking about programmes.....

You could not be more accurate with all your words-well said that man!

Maybe Craig can put in a "Drivel" section and then anyone who wants to talk shite can go to that section and the rest of us can steer well clear. Phil's [Nozer]comments on another thread where he is saying how the Forum has helped him and he has made many new friends and contacts is another good point for sure, but i seldom become involved recently as the content of some of the posts is nonsense the latest episodes in particular bear this out.

I get the drivel at work from Liverpool "fans" and Manchester United "fans". Honestly, these guys couldn't point out Manchester or Liverpool on a map, let alone ever been to a game, but they argue for hours, well all they really do is repeat what the experts say on Sky. On the other hand we have guys who go to every Oxford City or United game Or Reading season ticket holders for 20 years and just get on with it.
I think it's a self esteem problem, i got the biggest willy , started at school, and some people just never grow out of it.

To be honest I had no time for the premiership until the Swans got there. There's nothing better than watching overpaid, over-rated players diving at the Liberty Stadium. Please don't count us as big fish as we are not and probably never will be, however its great watching the Arsenal, Chelsea et al fans leaving the Liberty whinging how bad they played, with a Welsh accent!!!!

I personnely love the site as it keeps me in touch with programme collecting, not many like minded round these parts, and some threads I find either amusing or interesting. Not fussed on the bitching Jonny 2 sheds ( My dad has a shed, Jonnys dad has 2 then) threads, so don't bother reading them. Keep the site open lads!! Love

Why not just ask whoever the moderators are to moderate the forum a bit better?

When these threads start to go off at a tangent into a bitchfest, hand out some yellow cards.

It's how all other forums operate, and thankfully its rarely a problem on here so shouldn't be too taxing to monitor.

Always enjoy our trips to Camp New when the Talbot play there. A group of us usually meet up with a couple of 'Lok fans and have a decent pre and post match swally. Have made some good friends there. I can also sometimes be found on their Forum.
