Pre-war Morecambe Vs Southport Reserves programme

I recently came across this:

It's in awful condition but it's certainly the oldest programme (if it can still be called that) I have seen available for either Morecambe or Southport.
How much do people think it would be worth to a collector? To a fan it would probably be priceless.
Has anyone else come across a programme in this condition and been tempted, perhaps based only on it's age and relevance to your club?

its only the team line ups for the game. Nice to have but certainly not a programme and is therefore incomplete. To be honest I don't think i would bid on it at all.

He has about 20-odd of these for sale, looks like the team line-ups cut from the programmes, pretty worthless.

I can't understand why people would do this to a programme, i remember a few years ago a load of Norwich city team line-ups going on ebay cut from Norwich's 1913/14 season programmes, i bought the line-ups from the Norwich City v Halifax Town FA cup fixture for £3.00, you could always buy it and hope the remaining parts of the programme might make its way to ebay one day, but don't hold your breath!

They're potentially interesting to a historian, but not a programme collector, I think.
