It would be a lot easier if you put the season eg 1962/63 instead of just the year! And what are the 3 digit numbers after some of them?

the three digit numbers are the programme number

As Lambie says, put the season in, ie 62-3 not just 63 as that could also be 63-4. I've loads of such programmes but don't want to look for them if they're not what you want.
