Had been dealing with a seller on ebay for a while and always a good transaction and even a bit of banter, as the seller for their sins is a red.

Now agreed to a deal for 30 odd City programmes but decided not to use ebay for the sale, although did use ebay messages while the deal was being done, so have copy's of the transaction in ebay messages, now you may have guessed the rest but sent payment over two weeks ago and not heard sod all since from the seller.

So am I as the thread title suggests !!!

More gutted about losing the 30 odd wants from my list rather the money itself :evil: :evil:

Did you pay via paypal?

If so, request refund via them. I bought a camera on ebay and it didnt work the goods were returned but no payment given back. Paypal stepped in and got the monies back for me

Best bet in my opinion name the seller.Name and shame!

I had used the seller numerous times via ebay and transactions were always very good & fast, we then arranged the deal via ebay messaging(So I have record of the deal). I had become to trust the seller and sent them cash(I KNOW !!) for the programmes and not heard from them since !!!

You're my kinda person mate!!! That's exactly what I'd do, pay him a visit, he'll then think twice about doing it again!!

Good luck Mark. I have done loads of "off ebay" purchases and sales and have never been let down yet. I always use paypal mind.
