A question for the completists

This season Ignition are the printers of the Aston Villa, Manchester City and Southampton programmes. Villa and Saints have a sheet of eight stickers at the back of the programme. I don’t believe the Man City programme has stickers. It appears that the Villa and Saints purchasable programmes have these stickers but the non purchasable (ie corporate/sponsors) don’t have these stickers. Am I correct? Therefore would the completist collector obtain both versions? Or am I just being silly?
Has this happened before, where the programmes sold at the match or bought from the printers differ from those available complementary.

I've always drawn the line at differences in the front cover - anything internal I don't bother with different versions. Any difference in the cover then yes I'd want both versions
