Nottingham Forest v Norwich City 1978/79 programme

I'm looking for a decent condition programme for the match between Nottingham Forest and Norwich City in Division One on Wednesday 14 March 1979.

The match was originally due to be played on 30 December 1978 and all i can find are programmes from that match.

Does anyone know if a new programme was done for the re-arranged match or if they used the original programme? Also, if they used the original programme was there an insert for the re-arranged game?

I've only ever seen the original programme dated 30 December 1978, with no additional insert for the re-arranged date.
