Another update....

An anonymous donor has today paid £25 into the fund, which goes into the third tranche and takes that to £35 and to £510 overall.

So well done everyone, we've hit £500 and next Monday I'll pay whatever the final amount is to the club. But there is still time for any latecomers to send their donations. The door is always open.

So the third clip is now @ £45 and the overall total is now £520. Anyone wishing to join us is more than welcome.

I had this message from ATFC secretary, Henry Dumigan, earlier. He says John asked for 3 spaces in his name on the Subscribers' Board ("Regeneration Board"), of which our fund covers one @ £50. I think we're going to be left with an excess, after taking into account the engraved trophy, given we are now at £520 so perhaps any excess could be put towards those other two, depending on what John's widow Nanette says. Let me know if you have other ideas please. Message reads:-

More good news. Well done.
We've got John's name on our Regeneration Board, some weeks before he died John asked me to mark him down for three spaces, I will speak to his wife Nanette to find out if she knew the other two names, if she does we'll put them on as well.
