This would have been cast from the same die as with the other two, more a case of the enamel not been ground down enough during production.

Not 100% sure, but I think the Ipswich Town crest is fairly modern and introduced as the team crest in 1972 or thereabouts. The crest from the 1960's is a lot different.

Apart from being just wrong on every level, the 1903 English Cup Final was AT Crystal Palace, not against them!

I have that badge, and know the chap who had them made. No explanation other than carelessness when ordering them.
He did however quickly get another design made up very quickly, which was much nicer as it was the ground Selhurst Park with the two crests.
