Non payment of an item I had for sale on e bay.

How long should I wait before I offer the item to the underbidder

(2nd chance offer)

Any thoughts ??? Judge Judge Judge

I give 7 days before I open a non paying bidder claim and then claim my fees as soon as ebay allow after that.

I would suggest putting in claim as soon as possible, then claim fees as soon as Ebay allow(as Phil said).
Do not give 2nd chance offer until the non payment claim is closed, the original buyer might still pay.

Agreed, at this time of year some buyers are away but seven days is long enough for them to contact you if payment will be delayed.
